In late 2016 Melbourne based The Creators Market presented their first regional show in Ballarat. The public response was rather impressive clearly indicating that the interest in hand crafted and designed creations is high. Encouraged by the Ballarat response, the organisers are spreading their wings further and heading to Bendigo for one day only on 4th March and they couldn’t have chosen a better venue than the beautiful old Bendigo Town Hall. The Creators Market showcases a variety of artisans, designers, culinary creators, skin care and other talented beings and the event gets a big tick in that entry for the public is free.
Event director Megan Luscombe said “As a small business ourselves, we started The Creators Market to assist other small businesses in getting more exposure and marketing their brand.” The markets we hold are boutique and each venue typically accommodates roughly 40 exhibitors.” “We are rather particular about ensuring there’s a great variety of products, with an emphasis on quality.” Megan continued: “The market has been incredibly successful since we began in 2014 in Prahran as well as Ballarat and we’re keen to take it to more regional areas where the quality of the products from local makers is simply fantastic.”
The Creators Market will return to Ballarat on 22nd April – you can find more information at www.TheCreatorsmarket.com.au
