Tea-riffic Women

I really don’t know how I missed this one, but I’ve just come across a terrific product designed by women for women.  She-Tea is the brainchild of two friends who decided that there was life beyond the frustrations of the corporate world of medical sales and marketing and they wanted to develop a business based on meaning and passion.

Two friends Jodie Fergusson-Batte and Vanessa Carslake frustrated by the corporate world of medical sales and marketing, got together and decided to start a business based on meaning and passion.
With this in mind, they each went away and wrote a list of all of the things that made them feel happy and inspired in their lives. The common themes of tea, art, family and the sisterhood came through strongly and so She‐Tea was born. Now, with the addition of a third business partner, Erica Darke, the team have hit the ground running with this brand new range.

The girls have a very simple philosophy in life that is relevant to us all.

“In this busy world it’s easy to forget to make some time for yourself each day, to recharge and renew. That’s why we’re here, to reward you for all that you are as a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a friend.  We believe that making time to enjoy and share something as simple as a great cup of tea each day can bring you the peace, clarity and inspiration you need to live the life you want.”

You can read more about these enterprising young women in the autumn issue of Secrets (out 7th March), but if you can’t wait that long visit their website she-tea.com – of course, over a cup of She-Tea.
